The New York Auto Show has ended, but we had a wonderful time, and it was worth our being there. There was so much to
take in, and we managed to meet a lot of great people who seem very much interested in the growth and progression of
alternative/ clean-fuel technologies. There were a number of new announcements from the major automakers with respect to their respective "green" initiatives. GM's much hyped Volt, a PHEV expected to go into production in the next couple of years, was actually quite popular. Hybrid Technologies also generated a great deal of buzz with its all electric, zero emissions cars.
It was a great outing for Go-Eco as well. We've made tremendous strides as of late, which is clearly evidenced by the number of requests we received to sit down for upcoming articles/ interviews from various news media. There was a lot of action outside the doors of the auto show too. Our talks with one of Westchester Country's largest cities have been quite well received, and Go-Eco expects to make a joint announcement with the city's mayor, within the next couple of months ( could be a lot sooner).
Our brand is growing, and its exciting to see it happening right before your very own eyes. We will also be taking delivery of our
very first PHEV very soon. Stay tuned for that. And just this afternoon, Go-Eco made contact with one of the world's largest energy companies, and they quite interested in our work and I think we'll work hard to find a way to collaborate on some of Go-Eco's initiatives. Of course, none of this would be remotely possible without the support of each of you who have signed up for our burgeoning social community. Please continue to tell your friends about us and ask them to sign up. Everyone counts!!! We want to get to 100 people within the next 60 days or so. So if you know someone who you believe cares about environment, carbon emissions, high oil prices or climate change, send them an email and urge them to come join us in the fight. A special thanks to Meagan and Louis. Glad to have you both as our newest members.
